Coats for Kids
We are in the home stretch for our new and gently used Coats for Kids collection. Thank you to the families that have already begun to donate winter coats and jackets.
If you would like to donate, please place items in the box located in the main hallway. All donated items will be professionally cleaned by Anton's and distributed to local families in need.
Fun Run - Vining/Ditson
In March, we are planning to join the Ditson School in a fundraising event. Additional information will be sent home later this year. The date of the Fun Run is Thursday, March 14, 2019.

Math Parent Night
Join our math coaches for a fun night of math problem solving. Learn more about how your child is taught math during the school day and how to use the bar model in problem solving. Thursday, January 18, 2019 at 6:30 pm at the Parker School.
Morning Drop-off
Quick request/reminder: Vining staff do not begin work until 7:45am. Please do not drop your child off prior to this time.
Recess
Mother Nature has been keeping us guessing this season. When the weather and temperatures permit, student will have outdoor recess. Please remind your child to wear warm winter gear to school and recess.
Therapy Dog - Friday on Thursday, January 10, 2019
Our first visit with Friday was wonderful. The kids and staff really enjoyed having him in the the building. Friday is scheduled to visit bi-monthly between 9:30 and 11:00.
Please let either your child's classroom teacher or Mrs. Gibelli know if you do not want your child to visit with Friday.
