Wellness Week:
Last week, our students and staff participated in many enriching activities to celebrate wellness week. Please ask your child about jazzercise, mindfulness/meditation bowls, smoothie making, yoga, aerobics, and everyone's favorite therapy dogs, Duncan and Friday. Thank you to all of our volunteers!
Grow Cart
The Vining School is working with BIllerica Schools Nutrition Services, EvanLee Organics, and 24-45 Organics to grow fresh vegetables which will be used in the cafeteria. The greenhouse-like system is a nearly error-proof way for students to plant, maintain, and harvest vegetables and herbs in about three weeks. Our first crop of lettuce and basil is scheduled to be harvested on February 1. Students will be able to observe the various stages of plant growth.
