On Tuesday, November 7, 2017 the Vining will participate in a whole school pajama day. Students and staff are encouraged to wear school appropriate jammies.
We are asking that no blankets, slippers, or pillows be brought to school.

This year we will be moving to a paperless format and articles will be published using blogger. Please visit Shining Star Blog and subscribe for regular updates by entering your email address on the right side of the page. The first article is scheduled to by published on Monday morning.

Sweets for our Troops
Beginning on Monday, November 6, 2017, Vining Student Council will be collecting Halloween candy to send to our troops overseas. All candy donations are welcome. Candy will be collected through Thursday, November 9.
Traffic Loop
Please remember to enter the driveway and pull all the way forward towards the baseball fields. Once your child(ren) has exited the car please drive carefully when exiting the lot. We are asking that you do not pass the car in front of you. Last week, we had a few close calls with the car line.
Turkey Trot Registration and the Toss
Time is running out to register for the Billerica Partners for Education Turkey Trot. This year's run is scheduled for Sunday, November 19, 2017 at the Marshall Middle School, 10:00am. Please register before Thursday, November 9.

Parent Math Workshop is scheduled for Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at the Parker School from 6:30 until 8:00pm. Please join our district math coaches to learn more about GoMath.
